You're not just behind the camera, you're in the middle of the action. As Producer at OS Studios, you'll be on the ground for our client, producing talent, running YouTube watch along shows, and capturing features that bring fan culture to life. This is a hands-on role for someone who can hold a shoot together under pressure, get the best out of presenters and on-camera talent, and bring a story to life from the first brief to the final cut.
You'll work closely with the Senior Content Manager and Executive Producer to deliver features, live programming, and digital content that sets the standard.
What You'll Be Doing
- Feature Production
- Research, develop, and produce original features on location. From concept and scripting through to shoot day and post-production delivery.
- Direct field shoots with athletes, talent, stakeholders, and partners, conducting interviews and capturing the footage that tells the story.
- Operate cameras on location, shooting single and multi-camera setups with a strong eye for composition and storytelling.
- Bring creative ideas to the table and pitch them, then see them through to the screen.
- Shooting & Editing
- Shoot and cut your own content. Delivering well-organised, story-led rough cuts to craft editors that make the finishing process faster and better.
- Work closely with craft editors throughout the post production phase, providing clear direction on vision, pacing, and priorities so every piece lands the way it should.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere; comfortable working across the full post workflow from ingest to delivery.
- Live Show Production
- Produce and manage YouTube live stream shows end-to-end. From rundown planning and scripting through to live execution.
- Keep shows tight and on-schedule from site, reacting quickly when things change (because they always do).
- Work with the gallery and technical teams to make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Talent Production
- Produce talent on location, briefing presenters, preparing scripts and research materials, and putting them in the best possible position to deliver.
- Build strong working relationships with on-camera talent, athletes, and crew, earning the kind of trust that makes great content possible.
What You'll Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in digital and/or broadcast production. Sports industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record producing and shooting on-location features, with hands-on experience managing talent through the full production process.
- Experience delivering rough cuts to craft editors with clear, well-structured direction.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere; experience across single and multi-camera shooting.
- Experience producing live or near-live shows, including YouTube or streaming platforms.
- Strong creative instincts, sharp storytelling judgment, and the ability to give clear, constructive feedback.
- Comfortable with platform analytics (YouTube Analytics and equivalents).
- Highly organised, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Flexibility to travel and work nights, weekends, and event days when the schedule demands it.
- Full right to work within Europe.
- Based in Marseille or Seville, or able to travel to these locations as needed.
- Native Spanish or Native French Speaker with business level English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with remote or REMI production workflows.
- Knowledge of European football or other major sports properties.
- Broader Adobe Creative Suite skills.
