We’re looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Account Director to help lead and grow some of the most exciting client partnerships across Europe. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of sports, entertainment, gaming, broadcast, and live experiences; partnering with globally recognized brands, talent, productions, and organizations to bring ambitious projects to life.

This is more than a traditional account management role. You’ll be a strategic partner, problem-solver, and trusted advisor who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to turn strong relationships into long-term success. From high-profile events and productions to innovative campaigns and international activations, no two days will look the same.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across production, creative, operations, finance, and leadership while helping shape the future growth of our business. Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the lead strategic contact for assigned client accounts across Europe.
  • Build strong, trusted, and long-lasting client relationships through exceptional communication and partnership.
  • Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding services, and supporting long-term client success.
  • Lead the execution of client projects, campaigns, productions, and activations across sports, gaming, entertainment, and broadcast initiatives.
  • Partner closely with internal teams including production, creative, finance, operations, and leadership to deliver best-in-class client experiences.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, and account performance across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Present strategic recommendations, proposals, and updates to both clients and internal stakeholders with confidence and professionalism.
  • Support negotiations, renewals, and commercial discussions in partnership with leadership teams.
  • Proactively identify challenges, mitigate risks, and develop solutions in fast-paced environments.
  • Help improve internal processes and contribute to the continued growth and evolution of the client services function.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and account documentation.
  • Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, applicable employment laws, and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, partnerships, or related roles.
  • Experience within sports, gaming, entertainment, broadcast, live events, or media industries is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage high-value or enterprise-level client relationships.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience supporting account growth and client retention.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure, and constantly evolving environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working with international and cross-functional teams preferred.
  • Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, project management tools, and collaboration platforms.
Work Environment & Expectations
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones as needed.
  • Occasional travel may be required depending on client and business needs.
