The Role - Forward Deployed Engineer
This is a high-impact, customer-facing engineering role focused on solving complex business challenges through AI-powered software. You will work directly with stakeholders to understand problems, design solutions, and deploy production-grade applications. The role involves full ownership across the lifecycle from initial discovery and scoping to implementation and continuous iteration. This position goes beyond traditional engineering. What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with customers to identify and define high-priority business problems
- Design and build custom applications leveraging enterprise data (structured and unstructured)
- Develop and deploy workflows that are actively used by operational teams and leadership
- Iterate quickly, delivering solutions that drive measurable outcomes
- Take end-to-end ownership of projects, from concept through to production and optimization
