About The Role

We are seeking a Head of Marketing to set direction for the company's marketing strategy, generate demand, and expand market presence in ways that support revenue growth. Reporting to the CEO and partnering closely with the Head of Sales & Account Management, this role is well suited for someone who takes initiative, moves opportunities forward quickly, and connects strategy to execution across multiple channels.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the company's marketing strategy to expand market reach, strengthen brand presence, and support revenue growth.
  • Own delivery of marketing activities aligned to the business plan, including campaign execution across digital, print, events, and partner channels.
  • Manage the marketing budget, set priorities, and allocate resources to support agreed goals and performance targets.
  • Generate sales leads through a range of marketing methods and work closely with the Head of Sales & Account Management to convert demand into new business opportunities.
  • Monitor customer, campaign, and market data to identify trends, evaluate results, and adjust plans quickly based on performance.
  • Oversee production of marketing materials, newsletters, website content, and social media activity to ensure messaging remains current and effective.
  • Lead relationships with external agencies, vendors, partners, and freelance specialists to deliver campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and support a small marketing team, providing direction, coordination, and accountability for results.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to set direction independently and move initiatives forward with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Commercial focus with experience connecting marketing activity to lead generation and revenue outcomes.
  • Comfortable working at pace, shifting priorities, and adjusting plans in response to market feedback.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional partnership, external collaboration, and executive-level updates.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Degree level qualification or equivalent experience in sales, marketing and business administration or related subject.

Other Requirements

  • Experience leading multi-channel marketing strategy and execution.
  • Experience managing budgets, external partners, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Prior people management experience preferred.
