About the role
Reporting to the Head of Patient Services, you will lead the Bookings Department with a focus on driving revenue, achieving KPIs, and delivering exceptional customer engagement. We’re looking for a commercially minded leader with strong sales experience who thrives on engaging conversations with service users and who can inspire a team to consistently exceed targets. You’ll develop a comprehensive understanding of Oryon’s services, champion product knowledge across the team, and lead strategies to maximise bookings, conversion rates, and overall departmental performance. As a key member of the Management Team, you will provide commercial insight and feedback to inform business strategies, while ensuring your team is equipped, motivated, and driven to deliver outstanding outcomes for both service users and the business.
