Manchester, London or Reading Orwins is growing and we are looking for an experienced intellectual property lawyer to join us at partner level β€” bringing specialist expertise into a firm that is ambitious, growing nationally and committed to building a genuinely excellent legal offering.

Intellectual property law is a natural addition to our growing commercial practice, and we are looking for someone who can build an IP offering that serves the real and evolving needs of our client base β€” from technology and media businesses to individual creators, brands and innovators.

What This Looks Like Building and leading the firm's intellectual property practice β€” advising clients on trade marks, copyright, design rights, patents and IP licensing across a range of industries.

Handling contentious and non-contentious IP work β€” from brand protection strategies and portfolio management to IP disputes and enforcement.
