Working collaboratively across the firm – there is a strong cross-referral culture here and an expectation that partners invest in the wider business, not just their own practice. Mentoring and developing more junior members of the team – contributing to a culture of genuine professional growth. What We Are Looking For A proven commercial lawyer with a track record of client development and an established or growing portfolio of work you can bring with you.
