What You Will Be Doing
- Supporting fee earners across the property team with a wide range of conveyancing and property matters β from residential transactions to commercial property work.
- Helping to manage caseloads efficiently β drafting correspondence, preparing documents, ordering searches and keeping files and systems up to date.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and other third parties β learning how to build strong professional relationships from the ground up.
- Assisting with Land Registry applications, SDLT submissions and post-completion formalities.
- Getting involved, asking questions and developing your understanding of property law in a hands-on, fast-moving environment.
- Being a reliable, enthusiastic and positive member of a team that genuinely invests in its people.
What We Are Looking For
You may be a law graduate, a paralegal with some property experience, or someone who has worked in legal support and is ready for the next step. What matters most is your attitude β you are keen, organised, willing to learn and the kind of person who takes ownership of their work. Experience with LEAP or conveyancing systems is a bonus but not essential. You will be dedicated to learning the ropes β and willing to give the team the best support theyβve ever had.
