What You Will Be Doing
- Running your own conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion — sales, purchases, remortgages and new build transactions.
- Working alongside a partner in a growing team, with clear support and a sensible approach to supervision.
- Handling client communication, correspondence and file management to a consistently high standard.
- Managing searches, exchange, completion and post-completion formalities with accuracy and efficiency.
- Being a reliable, committed and positive presence in a team that works hard and looks out for each other.
What We Are Looking For
2–4 years PQE in residential conveyancing. You are organised, hardworking and happy to put your head down and get on with it. You want to be in a team where your work is valued and your development is supported. Experience with LEAP or similar case management software is an advantage.
