The Head of FP Ability to understand the broader commercial objectives of the business and translate financial data into strategic insight that supports performance and value creation. Advanced Financial Modelling; Strong technical capability in building and maintaining financial models for forecasting, scenario planning, investment appraisal and M Highly analytical with the ability to interrogate data, identify trends and drivers, and turn analysis into clear, actionable recommendations. Stakeholder Management; Confident and credible when working with senior executives, Board members, business leaders and private equity stakeholders. Able to influence and challenge constructively. Communication Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distil complex financial information into concise and compelling messages for both financial and non-financial audiences. Systems Strong Excel and financial systems capability, with experience using planning, reporting and BI tools such as Power BI, Adaptive Insights or Anaplan. A strong appreciation of automation and process improvement.
