Reporting to: Marketing Director

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing function on a fixed-term basis. This is a hands-on, platform-focused position at the centre of our growth plans. You will take ownership of HubSpot as our CRM and marketing platform, manage campaign delivery across channels, and bring strong SEO capability to help us build visibility in a competitive market.

You will be working as part of a small, senior marketing function, so the ability to operate independently, manage your own workload, and take ownership of your areas matters as much as your technical skills.

What You Will Be Doing

  • HubSpot and CRM
    • Mapping the formal launch roadmap for HubSpot across several firms at different levels of data maturity
    • Day-to-day management and optimisation of HubSpot across marketing and BD workflows
    • Managing our CRM integration project with our case management system, including coordinating with an external development partner through to go-live and beyond
    • Building and maintaining reporting dashboards to track pipeline, campaign performance, and ROI
    • Onboarding and supporting internal stakeholders to embed HubSpot into their BD activity
  • Campaign Management
    • Planning, building, and deploying email marketing campaigns end-to-end
    • Managing the campaign calendar across multiple business areas
    • Maintaining data quality standards and list management within HubSpot
    • Supporting content and social activity as part of the broader marketing mix
  • Marketing
    • General marketing support for campaign activity.

What We Are Looking For

  • Demonstrable HubSpot experience - you should be confident working inside the platform, not just familiar with it. We need you to know what would work best for our firm, recommend it and implement it.
  • Solid campaign management experience across email and digital channels
  • Good working knowledge of on-page SEO
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly around data and campaign accuracy
  • The ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities independently
  • Clear, professional communication - you will be liaising with senior stakeholders internally and external partners

Nice to have

  • Experience in a professional service or B2B environment
  • Agency management experience
  • Experience managing HubSpot integration projects.
  • HubSpot certification
