What you'll do
- Lead, support and motivate Care Assistants and Relief Care Assistants
- Coordinate rotas and staffing to ensure excellent service delivery
- Support recruitment, induction, supervision and staff development
- Maintain care plans, risk assessments and quality audits
- Promote safeguarding, wellbeing and person-centred practice
- Support compliance with CQC standards and service requirements
- Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota
What you'll bring
- Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Experience in health and social care, homecare, supported living or extra care
- Experience coordinating staff, rotas, schedules or care delivery
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care
- Knowledge of
- CQC standards
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confidence using digital systems and electronic care records
- Ability to work flexibly across
- 5 days out of 7
- Ability to participate in the management on-call rota
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
