We’re recruiting a Support Worker for our Learning Disability service, Naverne Meadows, where you’ll help individuals develop skills, build confidence, and take part in meaningful activities at home and in the community. We’re looking for someone who champions dignity, respect, inclusion, and person‑centered support.

What you’ll be doing:
- Be part of a compassionate team supporting tenants to live independently and lead fulfilling lives.
- Empower tenants by recognising their individuality and supporting their choices.
- Provide bespoke support - personal care, medication help, household tasks, and tenancy‑related duties.
- Maintain accurate documentation that meets CQC expectations and internal policies.
- Offer understanding, creativity, and support to help tenants achieve positive outcomes and independence.
- Build inclusive, constructive relationships with tenants, families, professionals, and colleagues.
