Key Responsibilities
- Manage tenancies including new lettings, successions and assignments, supporting residents through changes in household circumstances.
- Monitor and manage rent accounts, taking appropriate action in line with arrears procedures where necessary.
- Oversee estate management, ensuring communities are safe, well-maintained and provide a positive living environment.
- Manage anti-social behaviour cases, working collaboratively with local partners.
