Support Worker - Eccles Road
Hours: 16 hours per week
Shifts: Shifts start from 8:30am and end at 9pm (Sleep-ins are required)
Join our Learning Disability service, Eccles Road, as a Support Worker and help individuals live with dignity, independence, and choice. You'll support our tenants in their home, helping them reach goals and enjoy meaningful experiences. If you're compassionate, inclusive, and committed to person‑centered care, we'd be delighted to hear from you.
Located in a quiet residential area of Ipswich, Eccles Road sits within easy reach of local shops and benefits from excellent bus connections, including routes 13, 15 and 15A. The service provides tailored support for our tenants with Learning Disabilities and empowers them to live as independently and confidently as possible.
- Offer personalised support, which may include personal care, medication assistance, household tasks, and tenancy management.
- Work closely with your team to support tenants to live confidently and independently in their own homes.
- Show empathy, creativity, and encouragement, helping tenants take positive risks that promote growth and independence.
- Keep accurate, up‑to‑date records in line with CQC standards and Orwell policies.
