The scheme is well served by regular bus services, providing easy connections to Ipswich town centre and surrounding areas. For those who drive, onsite staff parking is available.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing day‑to‑day support with personal care, mobility, social engagement, eating & drinking, and medication.
- Building positive relationships and offering empathetic emotional support when required.
- Communicating clearly, listening attentively, and observing carefully to ensure care plans are accurately recorded and maintained.
- Supporting individuals with a wide range of needs, including dementia, mental health conditions, and end‑of‑life care.
- Maintaining a strong awareness of safeguarding responsibilities and responding appropriately to any concerns.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop and deliver person‑centered care plans that reflect each individual's goals and preferences.
