Mobile Craftsperson Painter - Norfolk
3 months Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £15.27 per hour; Hours: 40 hours per week

We're looking for a skilled Craftsperson Painter to deliver high quality cyclical decorating across our properties - someone who cares about good workmanship, great service and doing the job right. If you're experienced, reliable and enjoy working in a role where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect fit.
What you'll be doing
- Completing internal and external painting and decorating to a high standard
- Carrying out minor pre painting repairs
- Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe
- Reporting repairs, defects or safety concerns promptly
- Sourcing materials efficiently and cost effectively
- Working closely with colleagues to improve the service
- Liaising with residents to support a positive customer experience
- Following Health Safety, COSHH and lone working procedures
- Maintaining accurate records on our systems
What you'll bring
- 5+ years' painting experience
- Experience working in customer facing environments
- General carpentry skills
- Strong understanding of Health Safety, COSHH and risk assessments
- A proactive, self motivated approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and flexibility
- Confident communication skills
- Full driving licence (essential)
- NVQ Level 2 in Painting Decorating (desirable)
