The Role
We are recruiting for compassionate Night Care Assistants to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our customers every day. As a Night Care Assistant at Steeple View you would be expected to embrace values of empathy, respect, and dignity as you provide essential care to individuals in need. In caring for our customers, your main duties will include:
- Personal Care
- Medication Administration
- Supporting people through temporary or terminal illness
- Helping with eating and drinking
- Light domestic duties such as bed making
- Support with social, physical activities and mental stimulation such as hobbies and recreation

You will be warm and friendly and have a natural caring nature, great sense of humour and a positive energy that brings a smile to people's faces. Steeple View is situated in the village of Stowupland, two miles east of Stowmarket, Suffolk. Steeple View is close to local amenities including doctor's surgeries, dentists, butchers, supermarkets and boutique shops. Steeple View is an Extra Care housing scheme, helping you to live independently for as long as possible. It gives you the security and privacy of a home of your own, with a range of shared facilities on the premises and 24-hour care services if you need them. It also offers couples the opportunity to continue living together.
