Orwell Housing Association in Ipswich is seeking a motivated Support Worker for our Young People's Supported Housing Service. You will help young people who are homeless or at risk to build confidence, skills and independence, with a focus on outcomes.
Using a strengths-based approach, you will develop support plans and assist access to education, training, employment and health services, while advocating for each young person’s voice.
