Mobile Craftsperson Painter – Suffolk (3 months Fixed Term Contract)
Salary: £15.27 per hour; Hours: 40 hours per week; Ref: IP387

What you’ll be doing:
- Complete internal and external painting and decorating to a high standard.
- Carry out minor pre‑painting repairs.
- Keep work areas clean, tidy and safe.
- Report repairs, defects or safety concerns promptly.
- Sourcing materials efficiently and cost effectively.
- Work closely with colleagues to improve the service.
- Liaise with residents to support a positive customer experience.
- Follow Health & Safety, COSHH and lone‑working procedures.
- Maintain accurate records on our systems.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years' painting experience.
- Experience working in customer‑facing environments.
- General carpentry skills.
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety, COSHH and risk assessments.
- A proactive, self‑motivated approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and flexibility.
- Confident communication skills.
- Full driving licence (essential).
- NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating (desirable).
