You will lead the Learning & Development Strategy, drive the Orwell Academy, and maximise Apprenticeship Levy opportunities while ensuring mandatory training compliance across 700+ colleagues.
You’ll design blended learning, onboard leaders, manage LMS/iTrent/Docebo tools, and partner with leaders to shape career pathways and talent development initiatives.
