Relief Cleaner in Ipswich, Suffolk

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Relief Cleaner to help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment at our head office, Crane Hill Lodge. You will be responsible for ensuring all areas are cleaned to a high standard, any potential hazards are identified and addressed, and the building is securely locked and alarmed before the end of each shift.

What you'll be doing:

• Carry out cleaning duties in line with the established schedule, including daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks both inside and outside the building.
• Ensure all cleaning materials and equipment are stored securely and locked away when not in use, in accordance with COSHH and report any fixtures, fittings, or equipment that are damaged, worn, or require replacement.
• Remove litter regularly and maintain clean, tidy pathways and car park areas.
• Undertake any additional cleaning duties as directed by the Estate Services Manager, Mobile Specialist, or Clean Team Leader.
• Adhere to Orwell's Health and Safety Policy, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and responsibly.
