Beaumont House is located in Walton-on-the-Naze on the former Martello Caravan Park, within a small historical coastal town known for its natural beauty, birdwatching spots and fascinating heritage. The service has free staff parking and regular bus services running through the area, with nearby stops that provide convenient routes into Clacton, Frinton and other nearby communities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Offering day-to-day support with personal care, mobility, social activities, eating and drinking, and medication.
  • Forming positive, person-centered relationships and providing compassionate emotional support when needed.
  • Using clear communication, active listening and careful observation to ensure accurate care plan documentation.
  • Assisting people with a range of health needs, including dementia, mental health challenges and end-of-life support.
  • Maintaining awareness of safeguarding practices and responding appropriately to concerns.
  • Working collaboratively to develop person-centered care plans tailored to each individual's goals and preferences.

Person Specification:

  • Care Certificate is desirable.
  • QCF Level 2 in Health and Social care or equivalent, is desirable.
  • Full driving licence is desirable.
