Small Tools Fitter – South Ockendon, Essex Permanent | £30,000 – £37,000 per anuum | Monday to Friday (No Weekends) We’re working with a well-established hire company who are looking to expand their team with an experienced Small Tools Fitter at their busy South Ockendon depot. The Role: As a Small Tools Fitter, you’ll be responsible for the service, repair and maintenance of a wide range of small plant and tool hire equipment. You’ll ensure that machinery is safe, reliable and ready for hire, while delivering a high standard of workmanship. Key Responsibilities: * Inspecting, servicing and repairing small tools and plant equipment (e.g. breakers, disc cutters, drills, generators, compressors, etc.) * Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs * Ensuring all equipment is tested and safe for use * Maintaining accurate service and repair records * Supporting colleagues and maintaining a clean, safe workshop environment About You: * Previous experience working as a Small Tools Fitter / Tool Fitter / Plant Fitter * Strong commitment to health & safety * Team player with a positive attitude What’s on Offer: * Competitive salary up to £37,000 Per Annum + Bonus * Overtime paid at 1.5x * No Weekends * Career progression with a respected company * Training and support provided If you\’re interested in hearing more about this role, please apply now
