Our client is a high profile leading Suffolk based groundworks contractor. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for a proactive Site Manager with proven experience of working for groundwork subcontractors on both commercial and residential schemes.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervising groundworks, drainage, 278 works, foundations, enabling works and other civils works for new build residential and commercial projects.

Minimum Requirements:

1. CSCS card, SMSTS & First Aid are essential for this permanent role.
2. Proven experience as a construction manager specifically for subcontractors on residential and commercial projects.
