Administrator – Construction Woodbridge, Suffolk £26,000 to £30,000 Plus Package OR758 Our client is a well established and thriving construction company based in Woodbridge, Suffolk. They specialise in the residential sector providing new builds, refurbishments and extensions. They are currently searching for an administrator with previous expereince working for a construction company. The role can offer strong career progression for ambitious individuals. The role will be office based. ROLE: * Managing incoming calls and directing to the necessary departments / individual. * Manage the senior managers diary and paperwork * Efficiently process a variety of administrative requests, from data entry to file management, supporting departmental needs. * Organise and maintain office spaces and systems * Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and room bookings. * Issue invoices. * Handle mail and email correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate distribution and response. * Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary. CANDIDATE: * Previous experience within a construction, civil engineering, maintenance or engineering background is desired but not essential * Strong background within company administration essential. * Steady work history is desired. * Computer literacy with experience of Word and Excel is essential. * Experience of data entry and document control is desired. * Must have own transport as the office is difficult to access on public transport. * Willing to work in the office from Monday to Friday. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Very effective planning and organisational skills.
