Job Summary:

To support the National Account Manager with key account responsibility and wider NAM team with operational support of key accounts as well as managing specific accounts under the direction of the Senior NAM.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:

  • Under supervision undertake account management responsibility for specific key accounts.
  • Develop and deliver annual business plans to ensure the brands’ retail, wholesale and market share targets are met. Partner with retailer to ensure forecast alignment.
  • Present and secure orders for all new launches and events.
  • In collaboration with marketing, develop and implement retailer activations.
  • Share brand news/updates with retailers as directed.
  • Establish good working relationships with key retail partners to further develop the business partnership.
  • Partner with the retailer to ensure the optimum assortment and stock cover is in place to maximise sales.
  • Maintain retailer specific assortment files and order forms, communicating in a timely manner.
  • Ensure smooth running of the stock replenishment processes and liaise with Operations team members accordingly.

COMMERCIAL TEAM SUPPORT:

  • Support NAM/SNAM team on administrative tasks associated with key accounts.
  • Support at key retailer events/activations.
  • Communicate availability/out of stock info to retailers.
  • Sending out pre-series product samples to retailers ahead of launch as well as ad hoc call-in requests.
  • Support with new store opening process.
  • Support retailer meetings including calendar invites and setting up meeting rooms. Collate and circulate meeting action points.
  • Prepare and share annual price increase documents.
  • Ad hoc admin as required.

Profile, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Able to work with detailed reports with speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in an environment which requires flexibility and adaptability.
  • Experienced in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience of working with Beauty Retailers desirable but not essential.
