About the Role

The Associate Demand Planner supports the forecasting and demand planning process across our brands and channels. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop core skills in demand planning, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration within a fast‑paced beauty business. Working closely with the Demand Planning and Supply Chain teams, as well as Sales, Marketing, and Finance, this position helps ensure accurate forecasts and smooth inventory flow to meet business needs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support the monthly demand forecasting process for core products, promotions, and new launches.
  • Maintain and update demand data in forecasting systems (Slimstock and IBP), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Analyze historical sales trends, promotions, and market data to support forecast creation and adjustments.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to ensure forecasts align with business plans and inventory targets.
  • Track and report key forecast metrics, highlighting variances and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in monthly demand review meetings, helping prepare data and insights for discussion.
  • Support process improvements and documentation of forecasting standards and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or data analysis (internship or full‑time).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; familiarity with forecasting tools or BI platforms (Slimstock, SAP IBP, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented with a curiosity to learn and grow in a global environment.
  • Experience within the beauty or consumer goods industry is preferred but not required.
