Retail position in the Laura Mercier beauty brand at John Lewis, White City. Role details: part-time, on-site, 15 hours over 2 days. Reports to Account Manager, Laura Mercier.
Responsibilities
- Educate customers on Laura Mercier products and techniques through one-to-one appointments and on-trend events.
- Deliver first-class customer experience, ensuring each customer leaves with a uniquely Laura Mercier experience.
- Engage customers and build a local Laura Mercier community.
- Use artistry skills and product expertise to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Apply social media to drive customer recruitment and community engagement.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Strong experience in beauty artistry, ideally with formal qualification.
- Effective communication with Area Manager on business performance.
- Track record of driving KPIs and sales targets.
- Excellent communicator, able to work both solo and as part of a team.
- Skill in using social media for customer engagement.
