Work closely with the Centres of Excellence to deliver talent and succession planning for key Retail roles. Oversee and support the development of the London‑based P&C Advisor, providing mentoring, coaching, and growth opportunities.
- Employee Experience & Engagement: Champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention. Foster a culture aligned with company values and develop a performance‑drive culture. Lead on complex employee relations matters with a balanced, pragmatic approach.
- Global and Corporate Collaboration: Partner with Global and Corporate functions to ensure alignment of people practices across the organisation. Contribute to global P&C projects and initiatives, ensuring Retail perspectives are represented. Support cross‑functional talent initiatives and leadership development programs.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure effective delivery of core P&C processes (performance management, compensation, talent reviews). Drive continuous improvement and scalability of people practices across markets. Maintain compliance with UK employment law and support international regulatory considerations.
