About The Role

As a Makeup Artist, you will embody Laura’s philosophy by educating customers on our award-winning products and techniques. We value passion, personality, and exceptional customer service to ensure a first-class experience. Responsibilities include:

• Providing personalized consultations and participating in on-trend events to deliver a unique Laura Mercier experience.
• Using your artistry skills and product knowledge to inspire and engage customers.
• Utilizing tools and training provided to express creativity and excel as an artist.
• Motivating and exceeding performance targets based on previous retail artistry experience.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong artistry experience, preferably with formal qualification.
• Effective communication with management regarding business performance.
• Ability to meet KPIs and sales targets.
• Excellent teamwork and solo working skills.
• Proficiency in social media to promote customer engagement.
