About the Role

This role's main responsibility is to generate profitable revenue growth for the Orveon portfolio of brands in the EMEA Region. The role is designed to have teams work collaboratively to service the clients and our omni‐channel business partners, improving the output of our portfolio of brands in the markets and channels where the brands are distributors and expanding their presence in underpenetrated geographies and channels.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement budgets and joint strategic business plans with our business partner in the region to accommodate the business unit goals.
  • Deliver profitable net sales and positive EBITDA.
  • Develop brands in line with the Global Brands Strategy to gain market shares.
  • Develop a commercial multi‐channel plan covering both online and offline channels.
  • Monitor performance against plan and recommend corrective action where necessary.
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
  • Review market analyses to determine distributor, business partner, and client needs, pricing, credit terms, and margins.
  • Ensure distributors maintain a sustainable inventory level.
  • Advise distributors on sales and advertising techniques and ensure effective retail development initiatives are undertaken.
  • Establish a productive and objective relationship with distributors to best serve the company's interests.
  • Harmonize local market requirements with global brand strategy to achieve high performance.
  • Analyze sales statistics to formulate guidelines and assist distributors in delivering results.
  • Control expenditures to align with budgetary requirements.
  • Coordinate implementation of sales and promotional strategies in line with brand plans from the marketing team to maximize retail sales.
  • Develop proposals to grow brands and market shares, sales, and profitability targets sustainably within global frameworks.
  • Increase company awareness in the markets and uphold company values.
  • Participate in global and international projects, providing input to global strategy development.
  • Maintain close contacts with key trade operators, trade associations, and competitors to observe market trends and act proactively.
  • Prepare and submit key reports required by stakeholders.
  • Manage key inter‐organizational relationships.
  • Identify and evaluate potential new distributors across the EMEA region, conduct market research, and develop entry strategies for new geographies and channels.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • College graduate, preferably with a sales and marketing degree.
  • Demonstrated track record of sustainable business growth within the prestige cosmetics industry.
  • Experience managing direct business, distributors, travel retail operators, e‐commerce platforms, etc.
  • Establish productive relationships with distributors to protect company interests.
  • Collaborate with distributors to implement consumer‐focused marketing activities.
  • Integrate local market requirements with global brand strategy for high performance.
  • Manage cross‐functional demands in a fast‐paced environment.
  • Upgrade brand and product knowledge as needed.
  • Maintain industry and competitor knowledge, trends, and apply them to strategy and planning.
  • Manage key inter‐organizational relationships.
  • Distinguish between internal/trade demands and consumer needs.
