Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant | Streatham

Ortus Recruitment is looking for a passionate and committed Graduate Teaching Assistant to join one of our partner primary schools located in Streatham. The school is proud of its Outstanding Ofsted rating and is dedicated to maintaining exceptional standards of teaching and support for all pupils, including those with SEN or challenging behaviour. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm.

Candidate Requirements

• A creative, proactive approach to supporting teaching and learning
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
• Reliable timekeeping and excellent attendance
• A keen eye for detail
• Experience working with children in any setting (Primary school, tutoring, youth work, sports coaching, childcare, etc.)
• A relevant degree such as English, Psychology, Performing Arts, Maths, Science, or similar (Applicants with other degrees or child‑related qualifications are also encouraged to apply.)
