About the Role Location: Primary school in Croydon Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 4:00 PM Salary: £80.00 – £105.00 per day (based on experience) Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one and group support to students with additional learning needs. Work closely with teachers to adapt lessons and resources for individual pupils. Help students build confidence and develop key skills in a nurturing environment. Support the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and other learning programs. Promote inclusion and ensure all students feel valued and supported. Assist with classroom activities, behavior management, and general learning support tasks. About You A caring and patient individual who is passionate about supporting childrens development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptable, empathetic, and able to build positive relationships with students and staff.
