Are you a compassionate and resilient Behaviour Mentor with experience in supporting children with autism and challenging behaviour? Do you haverestraint trainingand the skills to de-escalate situations effectively?

The Role:

-Providespecialist behaviour supportto a child with autism
-Implementindividualised strategiesto manage challenging behaviours
-Userestraint techniqueswhen necessary, ensuring safety and well-being
-Collaborate with teachers, SEN staff, and parents to create apositive learning environment

Requirements:

-Previous experience working with children with autism and challenging behaviour
-Restraint training(e.g., Team Teach, MAPA, PRICE, or similar)
-Patience, resilience, and a passion for making a difference
-Ability to buildtrusting relationshipsand promote positive behaviour
