The Opportunity
This is a structured trainee route designed for paraplanners who are ready to become advisers but want to do it properly — with guidance, mentoring, and warm clients to work with. You’ll support experienced advisers in client meetings, contribute to advice strategies, and gradually take ownership of existing relationships and qualified leads. You’ll have full access to the firm’s paraplanning and admin teams, allowing you to focus on building trust, delivering advice, and developing your presence as a Financial Planner.
Your Role
- Support advisers in meetings and advice preparation

- Follow up on warm inbound leads and new client referrals
