Your Role: Key Responsibilities
While initially focused on Paraplanning, you will progressively take on more client-facing responsibilities, including:
- Writing suitability reports and financial planning documents
- Conducting research and calculations to support client recommendations
- Ensuring all documentation is compliant and technically accurate
- Liaising with providers to obtain illustrations, valuations, and policy details
- Submitting new business efficiently and within agreed timescales
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to team learning and development
- Following structured workflows and a CPD/T&C programme aligned with FCA expectations
- Embodying Consumer Duty principles in all aspects of your work
By the end of your training journey, you’ll be positioned to advise clients independently, delivering holistic, values-driven financial planning that truly changes lives.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (completed or near completion)
- Experience in a Paraplanning role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
