Account Manage and Administer a portfolio of SSAS clients– Join a Chartered Wealth Management Firm

An award-winning Chartered financial planning firm is seeking a skilled SSAS Client Account Manager to join its specialist pensions team. Salary: £28,000 – £38,000 DOE + Bonus + Full Benefits Package

The Role

  • The SSAS Client Account Manager will manage a portfolio of SSAS schemes, acting as a trusted point of contact for clients while supporting the wider pensions team. Responsibilities include:
  • Establishing new SSAS arrangements and managing takeovers from other providers
  • Processing contributions, loan backs, property transactions, and benefit payments
  • Producing calculations for borrowing, tax-free cash, drawdown, and death benefits
  • Coordinating with legal, financial, and compliance teams to ensure accurate documentation
  • Preparing annual reviews, valuations, and bespoke reporting packs for client meetings
  • Ensuring all client records and activities are kept up to date using sector-specific systems
