We are working with one of the UK's most respected financial services organisations to recruit an experienced Financial Adviser covering the New Forest area. This is a home-based, field role with a warm lead pipeline and a full diary managed by a dedicated local network — so you arrive at every meeting already welcome. Our client is an organisation with over 110 years of heritage and consistently high customer satisfaction scores.

Advisers benefit from technical and administrative support, a strong brand, and an uncapped commission structure with clear and transparent earnings potential. The advisers who perform best here are those who genuinely enjoy spending time with clients — comfortable in a detailed, unhurried conversation that gets to the heart of a customer's financial picture. Many customers in this patch are self-employed, run agricultural or rural businesses, or have complex family and commercial financial arrangements. An adviser who can sit across a kitchen table, listen carefully, and build real trust over time will thrive.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will provide holistic financial planning advice to a broad range of customers — from everyday investors to high-net-worth individuals — across life insurance, pensions, investments, wealth management, and inheritance tax planning. Advice is given on a face-to-face basis, building long-term trusted relationships with customers at every stage of their financial journey.

  • Building and managing strong, long-term customer relationships from warm leads provided by the Agency network
  • Conducting thorough fact-finds to assess customers' personal, business, and financial circumstances and provide fully compliant, needs-based advice

Required:

  • QCF Level 4 qualification in financial planning (e.g. CII Diploma in Financial Planning / DipPFS or equivalent)
  • Valid Statement of Professional Standing (SPS)
  • Experience delivering regulated financial advice to UK customers on a face-to-face basis
  • Full UK driving licence — regular travel across Surrey and Sussex is essential

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission | OTE £130,000
  • Company car scheme or car allowance of £5,500
  • Annual bonus up to 5% of salary
  • Contributory pension scheme up to 20% (including your 8% contribution)
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + buy/sell/save holiday trading scheme
  • Life assurance — 4 x salary
  • Health and wellbeing cashback plan (dentist, optician, physio)
  • Access to voluntary benefits including private medical insurance and dental cover
  • £20 monthly gym membership contribution
  • 5% discount on a range of insurance policies
