Your job is to become genuinely intertwined in their financial lives β to earn their trust through a careful handover, understand what matters to them, and deliver the same standard of advice they've enjoyed for years, with your own stamp on it. Managing a warm, established book of high-net-worth clients transitioning from a retiring Adviser, with a structured, supported handover Building deep, personal relationships β regular reviews, proactive planning conversations, and being the trusted first call for anything financial Delivering holistic financial planning across pensions and retirement, investments, IHT and estate planning, and protection Collaborating with professional partners β private client lawyers, accountants and tax advisers β where clients' affairs demand it No in-house products, no restricted panels. Advisers are given the freedom, knowledge and resources to recommend whatever is best for each client.
