What You\’ll Be Doing:
Writing clear, well-researched, and compliant suitability reports across pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning
Supporting the delivery of client annual reviews, including Annual Suitability Assessments
Conducting in-depth technical research into funds, products, and planning strategies
Liaising with providers to gather policy details, valuations, and supporting documentation
Preparing Financial Planners for client meetings and handling follow-up tasks
Ensuring all client records are accurate and compliant with FCA and internal standards
Collaborating with advisers, investment teams, and compliance colleagues to deliver seamless service
Helping refine paraplanning processes and templates as the business continues to grow

Experience as a Paraplanner within a UK financial planning or wealth management firm
Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent)
