A growing and well-established wealth management firm is seeking experienced and qualified Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) across the West Midlands, including Leamington Spa, to join their client-first advisory team. This opportunity offers the flexibility to work remotely, from an office, or in a hybrid model – giving you total control over how and where you work.

As part of a business that puts clients at the centre of everything it does, you’ll be supported by a full Paraplanning team, dedicated admin support, and ongoing lead generation to help you grow and manage your client portfolio efficiently and compliantly.

Deliver regulated financial advice across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning. Work with a mixed client bank and actively grow your client portfolio through warm leads and networking. Build long-term client relationships using a structured Six-Stage Advice Process. Conduct remote or face-to-face financial planning meetings with individual and corporate clients. Stay informed on financial legislation, market trends, and tax planning opportunities. Create tailored financial reports with assistance from the in-house paraplanning team. Comply with FCA regulations and maintain accurate client and performance records.

Requirements:

  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent)
  • Experience as a Financial Adviser or Wealth Manager in a regulated environment
  • Confident using virtual platforms (e.g. Microsoft Teams) and CRM systems like XPlan
  • Self-motivated, organised, and driven to develop your client bank
