Self-Employed Financial Adviser (IFA) — 70% Revenue Share, Full Client Ownership, AI-Powered Scale | London and UK-Flexible
Own your client relationships. Keep the lion’s share of revenue. Deliver same-day advice with confidence. If you’re an accomplished Financial Adviser who wants freedom without the admin grind, this is your moment to join a boutique, high-touch wealth firm backed by established investment resources — and turbocharged by AI that turns weeks of paperwork into minutes.
Why this matters now
Advisers who win in the next decade will be those who compound trust and time. Our platform removes the bottlenecks that slow growth — paraplanning queues, report-writing delays, manual reviews — so you can deepen relationships, accelerate referrals and valuable portfolio. We cap adviser onboarding to protect service standards; early applicants are prioritised for the current intake.
About the opportunity
Imagine maintaining craftsmanship-level advice at scale: delivering same-day suitability and review reports, auto-generating meeting notes, and running proactive annual reviews with precision. Advisers elsewhere comfortably manage 120–150 clients; with our AI-enabled workflows, you can confidently serve 200+ without adding headcount or sacrificing quality — and still protect your work-life balance.
What you’ll do
- Own and grow your book end-to-end: you control pricing, proposition and client strategy (full client ownership)
- Provide independent, holistic financial planning across pensions, investments, protection, retirement and tax-efficient structuring
- Run proactive annual and ongoing reviews at speed and consistency with AI automation
- Produce suitability and review reports in minutes — no paraplanning delays or additional costs
- Build AUM and recurring revenue through disciplined acquisition, retention and client advocacy
- Operate compliantly with PI cover, compliance support and robust governance
- Collaborate with a boutique, quality-first team while enjoying true autonomy as a self-employed adviser
What makes this different
- Self-employed model with full client ownership and a 70% revenue share
- Core costs covered: PI, compliance, paraplanning and advanced technology included — we invest in your success up front (reciprocity)
- AI embedded into your day: automated meeting notes, report writing and annual reviews enable same-day turnaround
- Meaningful capacity uplift: advisers can manage 200+ clients without extra admin burden
- Optional lead generation available (reduced split with joint ownership) to accelerate growth on your terms
- Real succession options: scale now, protect client continuity later, and retain the option to sell your book on retirement
Requirements and qualifications
- Chartered or Diploma-qualified Financial Adviser / IFA (Chartered Financial Planner preferred)
- Proven track record in client acquisition, retention and advice outcomes
- Minimum £10m transferable AUM (flexible for exceptional, growth-minded advisers)
- Entrepreneurial, self-directed and comfortable in a collaborative, tech-enabled environment
- FCA-authorised with current SPS (or eligible to attain)
- London-based preferred; flexibility for outstanding candidates across the UK
