The earning structure is built to reward both the business you write and the ongoing client relationships you maintain — with commission rates of up to 35% across initial and renewal income. The firm also carries a pipeline of existing clients that strong performers may inherit as their growth is demonstrated.

- Conducting thorough fact-finds and building financial plans tailored to each client's objectives and circumstances
- Delivering regular client reviews and maintaining FCA-compliant records throughout
- Working with the in-house paraplanning and administration teams to deliver a high-quality, compliant client experience
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII DipPFS or equivalent) — essential
- Competent Adviser Status (CAS) confirmed
