Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing new business submissions across pensions, investments, and protection cases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for queries from Financial Advisers, clients, and providers.
  • Managing the deceased client process with care, liaising with executors and providers to close cases efficiently.
  • Supporting with commission queries, direct debit issues, and policy updates.
  • Monitoring shared inboxes and ensuring queries are handled within SLAs.
  • Overseeing the compliance file process, ensuring accurate scanning and documentation.
  • Managing Letters of Authority (LOAs), pension forecasts, and Attitude to Risk processes using tools like Dynamic Planner.
  • Ensuring Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) documentation is up to date.
  • Annual review and cleansing of hard copy client files.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in Wealth Management, IFA administration, or Financial Planning support.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Confident communicator with experience handling client and provider queries.
