Your Impact
• Lead and inspire: Take responsibility for the firm’s financial planners, setting the tone for technical excellence, compliance, and client outcomes.• Shape the advice journey: Partner with paraplanners and support staff to streamline processes, ensuring a seamless, high-quality client experience.• Grow the business: Support advisers in winning and retaining clients, driving revenue growth in a sustainable, client-first way.• Act as the voice of the planners: Represent the planning team at senior level, influencing business decisions and driving continuous improvement.• Lead by example: Maintain your own client relationships and demonstrate best-practice holistic financial planning.
About You
• Chartered Financial Planner (or close to completion) with strong holistic and technical planning skills.• Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of financial planners/advisers, or operating in a senior client-facing capacity with leadership responsibilities.• Skilled in cashflow modelling and comfortable with complex financial planning cases.• Commercially minded but committed to client outcomes and long-term relationships.• A natural leader who enjoys developing others and shaping a positive team culture.• Ideally, able to transition an existing client book or professional network.
