Senior Financial Planner – HNW UHNW Clients Home Counties London | Hybrid Working Competitive salary: £80,000 - £110,000 (flexible) plus bonus (OTE £170,000) Are you an experienced Financial Planner looking to step into a truly relationship-led, senior advisory role? We are working with a highly regarded, independent Chartered Wealth Management firm that is seeking an accomplished Adviser to take over an established portfolio of High Net Worth and Ultra-High Net Worth clients across London and the Home Counties. As part of a long-term succession plan, the firm’s Director is stepping back from day-to-day client responsibilities and is looking for a trusted, experienced Adviser to assume responsibility for longstanding relationships while continuing to grow the client base. With the existing advisory team at full capacity, this represents a rare opportunity to inherit a well-managed, high-quality book and make an immediate impact. Typical clients are business owners and entrepreneurs with £2.5m+ AUM and complex planning needs, who value long-term, holistic advice delivered through a whole-of-market proposition. The Opportunity Based from the firm’s Marlow office, you’ll work in a collaborative yet autonomous environment, with a hybrid structure of three days in the office and two from home. You’ll be fully supported by dedicated Paraplanning and Administration, allowing you to focus on what you do best: building deep client relationships and delivering high-quality financial planning. There is also the opportunity to contribute at a strategic level, including participation on the investment committee and mentoring junior advisers. This role will suit someone who values independence, professional trust, and the ability to build and nurture key relationships without a sales-driven culture.
