This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded adviser who can deliver exceptional advice to both individuals and SME clients, while confidently building relationships with professional introducers.

The Role:

This is a dual-focus role: you’ll begin by inheriting a book of loyal clients, then take the lead on growing your own portfolio through referrals, networking, and warm leads generated by the business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking over and servicing an existing portfolio of private clients
  • Generating and converting new business from qualified internal leads and professional introducers
  • Delivering independent, whole-of-market advice across pensions, investments, protection, IHT and tax planning
  • Presenting advice clearly to clients including HNW individuals, business owners, and company directors
  • Representing the firm at networking events, client functions, and partnership meetings
  • Collaborating with paraplanners and administrative staff to ensure high-quality outcomes and compliance

What You’ll Bring:

  • Diploma Level 4 qualified (CAS status preferred)
  • At least 5 years’ experience as a Financial Planner, Financial Adviser, or IFA
  • A strong track record in both client retention and new business development
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, particularly with professional connections such as solicitors and accountants
  • Experience in holistic financial planning, including tax-efficient advice and SME support
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial approach, with a desire to grow with the business

What’s on Offer:

  • Salary between £60,000 – £100,000+ depending on experience and track record
  • Inheritance of a warm client bank, plus 15–20 new qualified leads per month
  • Remote working available post-probation, with diary autonomy
  • Full support: paraplanners, administrative team, and AI tools to reduce admin burden
  • Comprehensive benefits: company pension, group life cover, income protection, optional private medical
  • Long-term career opportunity including equity/buy-in potential for the right person
  • Collaborative, supportive culture focused on ethical, long-term client outcomes
