Financial Adviser — Established Wealth Management Practice
Leeds or Skipton | £50,000 – £70,000 + full support infrastructure

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Yorkshire's most established adviser-led wealth management practices — a business that has grown to £500 million AUM by doing things properly: face-to-face, client-first, holistic financial planning.
With the principal advisers now looking after a range of mass affluent and HNW customers, the practice is ready to bring in an ambitious adviser who can take on established client relationships from day one.
What you'll walk into:
- A warm book of existing client relationships to manage and grow — not a cold start
- Full administration and paraplanning support, so your time is spent advising, not processing
- Hands-on mentoring from the two business principals, plus dedicated support from a Business Development Manager
- A genuinely holistic proposition — clients are advised across investments, retirement, protection, intergenerational wealth and corporate planning
- A quality client base: high-net-worth private clients, business owners, company directors and senior corporate executives

This is a professional, client-centric practice in the traditional sense. Clients come into the offices for advice meetings and are met in person — the relationship is everything. The philosophy is simple and hasn't changed in decades: protect wealth, grow it, and pass it on. You'll need to carry that standard — smart, well presented, and impeccably organised, with the ability to run a very busy diary.
