Financial Adviser – High-Growth Wealth Firm | London | £80K + Bonus
A fast-growing, award-winning wealth management firm is offering a rare opportunity to join their expanding team at a pivotal moment. Founded in 2024 with a mission to make high-quality financial planning more accessible, the firm has already onboarded over 50 clients and manages £40 million in AUM.
With robust lead generation systems, a strong referral network, and a Founder/CEO actively generating new business, this role is ideal for an ambitious adviser eager to partner with leadership to shape and grow a thriving client bank.

Responsibilities

Lead client meetings and onboarding sessions

Collaborate directly with the CEO to grow and manage the client portfolio

Deliver tailored, holistic financial advice to HNW and UHNW individuals

Conduct comprehensive fact-finding and financial needs analysis

Develop bespoke plans covering pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning

Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal standards

Contribute to marketing, networking, and business development efforts
 Requirements

Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning

Working towards or already holding Chartered Financial Planner (Level 6)

Experience advising HNW clients within wealth management or IFA environments

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented

Comfortable in both collaborative and independent work settings

Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with financial planning tools preferred
