Financial Adviser – London | Whole-of-Market Independent | HNW Clients & CAS Support
Join one of London’s most respected truly independent firms, offering whole-of-market advice, hybrid flexibility, and a clear route to CAS and career progression.
We’re working with a boutique, whole-of-market IFA firm based in Central London that is committed to delivering genuinely independent, client-first advice. With a strong reputation among professionals, business owners, and HNW individuals, they are now seeking a Financial Adviser to join their team—either stepping into a book of clients or building their own, with full support.
This firm is particularly open to advisers who are newly qualified or working towards Competent Adviser Status (CAS), offering the structure, mentoring and oversight needed to help you become a confident, independent adviser.
Location: London (City-based office with flexible hybrid working)
Salary: £50,000 – £80,000 basic + uncapped bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored, independent financial advice across pensions, investments, protection and estate planning
- Build and manage relationships with clients across London, with support from paraplanning and admin teams
- Conduct full fact-finds and cashflow modelling to develop holistic financial plans
- Stay current with FCA guidelines, compliance expectations, and whole-of-market product knowledge
- Participate in regular training and case reviews to develop competence and client-facing confidence
We’re Interested In Speaking With Advisers Who Are:
- Level 4 Diploma qualified (minimum) in Regulated Financial Planning
- Either already CAS or on the journey toward CAS with strong technical knowledge and client potentia
- Passionate about building long-term relationships and delivering ethical, client-first advice
- Committed to continuous development—working towards Chartered or similar qualifications is a plus
- Based in or willing to commute to London with hybrid flexibility
